Questions and answers

Is Patosapo free?

Yes. You can download and play Patosapo for free. Some optional extras, like Club Patosapo or gem packs, can be bought inside the game, and you can earn most rewards just by playing.

Do I need an internet connection?

No, you can play without internet. A connection is only needed for optional things like cloud save, ads for bonus rewards and purchases.

How does party mode work?

Choose a party game, pick how many people play (1 to 4) and place the phone or tablet between you. Each player controls their Patosapo from their own corner of the screen.

Which devices are supported?

Patosapo is available on Android phones and tablets through Google Play. The iPhone and iPad version is coming soon to the App Store.

Will I lose my progress if I change phones?

Your progress is saved on your device. When cloud save is available in your version, you can also keep a backup linked to your anonymous player account.

Who is Patosapo for?

Patosapo is made for teens and adults, where permitted, and it is not directed at children. Because it includes simulated gambling features with in-game prizes only, the store age rating applies (for example 17+ on the App Store). Purchases always require the confirmation of the store account holder.

How do I cancel Club Patosapo?

Subscriptions are managed by the store. Open your Google Play or App Store subscriptions and cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Uninstalling the game does not cancel it.

How can I delete my data?

In the game, go to Settings → Account and choose to delete your data, or follow the steps on our data deletion page.
